I enjoy working at LUCY for many reasons, and the list could go on and on. Not only do I get to give back to the community that helped make me the person I am but I also get to help guide young minds on a good path. I also get to work with some truly amazing, kind, and genuine people, making my work even better. I can work in a place that never lets me handle too much on my own and there’s always someone there to help me when I feel like I’m taking on too much. I can honestly say throughout my working life LUCY has been one of the most beneficial jobs I have worked and I will continue to enjoy my time here.
I love working at LUCY because everyday I'm surrounded by dedicated, compassionate, incredible staff who truly make a difference in the youth, families and communities that LUCY supports. I love the challenge of tackling something new each day, and constantly learning, evolving and witnessing the growth in both staff & youth.
