Jada Williams

As I come toward the end of my first semester of college, I realize that there’s a lot of responsibilities and a lot of independence that come with being a college student. It’s been very challenging, but I’m proud of myself for adapting and learning how to balance my academics and personal life. Even though I planned to have all in-person classes, the virtual environment has taught me to be more disciplined and organized with my time management skills, which will undoubtedly benefit me in the future. Overall, I am grateful for the experience and the connections I have made in my one in-person class. Next semester I hope to do all in-person classes.

Currently I am still working at Millennium Skate World in Camden, and that has benefited me a lot! For example I have been opening up more, I started going out more with friends I met there, and speaking in front of a lot of people has gotten a little easier for me. To compare myself then and now I have grown and improved!

Thank each of you for all of this!
