Sue comes to LUCY with over 15 years of experience working in Camden, in the healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. With a background in organizational management and policy, she is passionate about helping groups and programs build capacity as they expand and scale. She also has a strong interest and commitment to supporting staff and students as they grow professionally.
Sue is a graduate of the University of Delaware, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Washington. She is also no stranger to LUCY, having previously served as a Board Member. After years of deep appreciation and admiration for everything LUCY provides to youth, families, and the Camden community, she is thrilled to now join the organization as a part of its staff.
