LUCY’s College and Career Academy is designed to empower Camden County youth and young adults by guiding them through a smooth and successful transition into adulthood. This program specifically targets underrepresented individuals of low income, providing essential support and opportunities to enhance their access to higher education and career pathways. The Academy is divided into two key components: College Prep Support Services, which helps participants navigate the college application process, and succeed in their academic pursuits, and Career Prep & Job Training Services, which equips them with the skills and experiences needed to thrive in the workforce.
