Before joining LUCY Outreach, Dan had no experience in youth work or nonprofit advocacy — but being part of this community changed him. What began as a graphic design and tech internship became a meaningful opportunity to contribute to something bigger than himself.
Through designing reports, creating visuals, and supporting all different sorts of tech needs across the organization, he learned how powerful clear communication can be. He came to see that design isn’t just about how things look. It’s a tool for helping others understand and care – it’s about making people seen.
Working with a team so dedicated to Camden’s youth has shaped how he approaches and values his work. He aims to create not just polished, concise materials, but purposeful ones — work that reflects the care and integrity behind LUCY’s mission. He’s proud to support an organization that helps young people feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
